This site and the emergencySMS service are managed by BT, who are registered under the Data Protection Act.

Personal information that is recorded when a customer registers for the service will be used solely by the service unless the customer selects to receive information from the Text Relay service about the emergencySMS service, the Text Relay service, or general text based communication.
